2. Products

Due to the handmade nature of many products, reasonable variations in color, texture, dimensions, weight, appearance, and finishing may occur and do not constitute defects.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the selected currency unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been paid.
Full payment is required before production or shipment. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, payment processing fees, or other charges imposed by their financial institution or payment provider.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, weather, transportation carriers, public holidays, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping, storage, return, customs, or redelivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or failure to collect shipments shall be borne by the customer.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their package promptly upon delivery.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:
the order number;
clear photographs of the product;
clear videos showing the issue; and
photographs of the shipping carton and packaging if shipping damage is claimed.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being denied.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted except where required by applicable law or where a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to:
change of mind;
personal preference;
dissatisfaction with appearance, texture, firmness, weight, or size;
minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with handmade production;
normal wear and tear;
damage caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
Where a verified manufacturing defect exists, we may, at our discretion and where permitted by law, provide one or more of the following remedies:
replacement parts;
repair;
product replacement;
partial refund;
refund without requiring return of the product where appropriate; or
another reasonable remedy.
Our decision regarding the appropriate remedy will be made in good faith based on the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Warranty
Our warranty covers verified manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, normal aging, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PerfectSexDolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
